Since inception in September 2021 they’ve grown to 200 members and plan to add further value, and grow the community, through mentoring schemes and writing & recording sessions. To sustain impact and raise awareness, they’ll produce a research paper exploring and reporting their experiences within the UK music industry, to hopefully improve representation in the near future.
